Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to split duties between two Brattleboro, VT sub-acute rehab departments. The role requires active VT PT licensure or eligibility and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a busy facility.

You will provide comprehensive therapy, maintain accurate documentation, and support residents to achieve independence in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Competitive benefits and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license or be eligible to practice in Vermont.
• Demonstrated ability to document accurately and timely.
• Ability to collaborate with rehab team and nursing staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based environment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting.
