Pioneer Care and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Dillon, MT team. The therapist will design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy activities, and work closely with the rehabilitation team to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

The role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and requires active MT licensure. We offer a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits for both full‑time and part‑time hires.

• Active State Licensure as Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and teaching exercises.
• Maintain patient records and document progress per regulatory requirements.
• Provide discharge summaries and consult with patients and families.
