Job summary

Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and administer one-on-one PT services across Lansing-area campuses. The role supports client care aligned with Origami’s mission and values, with flexible on-site scheduling and campus-based duties.

The position requires Michigan state licensure, a degree in Physical Therapy, and CBIS certification, with opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy and licensure in the state of Michigan.
• Certification as a Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) provided by Origami.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certification (provided by Origami).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, document, and implement treatment plans for clients referred by physicians.
• Provide interns, volunteers, and job shadows meaningful educational experiences.
• Educate staff, clients, and external stakeholders on home exercise programs and other PT modalities as appropriate.
• Observe confidentiality and protect client information.
• Record evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge reports, and service billings timely.
• Delegate and oversee established plans of care with Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Contribute to documentation systems and outcome data analysis.
• Maintain professional development and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain caseload levels as assigned by PT Supervisor.
