Job summary

HCRC consulting in Rowlett, TX seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, one-on-one care. You will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function within a collaborative team, with administrative tasks handled by staff.

Flexible schedule options include five days with standard hours or four 10-hour days, with potential to advance to a Clinical Director as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• DPT/Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• TX Physical Therapist license.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and identify functional limitations.
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide targeted, one-on-one therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver specialty treatments appropriate to your training and experience.
• Educate patients on home exercises, fall prevention, and strategies for lasting improvement.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans to support patient outcomes.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and physician updates.
• Consider the physical and psychosocial factors affecting recovery.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
