Job summary

Alliance Health at Baldwinville is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team in Skilled/Long Term Care and Outpatient Clinic. The role includes evaluating patient referrals to Rehab, interpreting evaluations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team to plan care, with a day shift in a single location.

Licensed Physical Therapist in MA is required; CPR certification is preferred. Flexible hours and on-site work at Baldwinville facility are noted.
