Job summary

Alliance Health at Baldwinville in Templeton, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team in Skilled/Long Term Care and Outpatient Clinic. Schedule: Day shift. Work Location: One location.

Responsibilities include evaluating and screening referrals to the Rehabilitation Department, interpreting evaluations, and collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop the resident care plan. Bachelor’s license/certification in Physical Therapy required; CPR preferred.
