Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in an Illinois skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The position offers compensation in the range of $75,000–$90,000 per year and requires an active state license as a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
