Adoration Health is expanding in Panama City Beach, FL and is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at The Blake. You will deliver one-on-one care, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to empower independence.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, CPR certification, and be comfortable with lifting and moving patients as part of daily care. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; may lift up to 100 pounds with proper safety procedures.
• Demonstrates strong communication and professional interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs/progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
