Shift: Shift 1
The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in Rehabilitation Services activities aimed at enhancing patient care and programs. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or an approved equivalent must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
