Talent With Heart is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Everett, WA to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT training, current state licensure and CPR, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
