Job summary

Hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in an employee outpatient clinic in Tampa, Florida.

NOTE: Possible extension for the right candidate.

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Tampa, Florida
Duration: ASAP – 09/25/2026 (Possible extension)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

PAY RATE: $55hr

Overview:

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.

Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC electronic medical records.

Opportunity to extend beyond the initial assignment based on clinic needs and performance.

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida.

Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.

EPIC experience is required.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
