Lumiere Children's Therapy is seeking an exceptional, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, with a willingness to supervise incoming Physical Therapists and PT Assistants. The role includes working with private clients, preschoolers, and within private schools.

Requirements:

• Physical Therapy (PT) Licensure in Illinois
• 2-3 years of experience
• Positive attitude and team player
• A belief that your skills can make a lasting impact on the children you serve

Responsibilities:

• Support client performance to promote skill development
• Select and adapt appropriate treatment models and approaches
• Implement interventions to maximize performance
• Recommend and train in adaptive equipment use
• Provide parent and caregiver education
• Monitor and report on progress towards goals
• Collect data and document processes
• Complete notes and paperwork promptly

Skills:

• Proven experience as a physical therapist
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
• Experience with computer programs and creative media
• Familiarity with evaluation tools
• Ability to manage diverse patient needs, including autism
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
