Salary: Starting at $85,000

Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to policy and the individualized care plan
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Follow established policies and scope of practice
  • Prioritize patient care needs with initiative and sound judgment
  • Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Licensure, Certification, and Education Requirements

  • Valid professional license in the state of practice
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school. Foreign-trained candidates must have a credential evaluation deeming their education equivalent to U.S. standards by an approved organization.
