• Communicates with patients, physicians, families, and co-workers to ensure service excellence.
• Assesss and reassesses patients across age groups per policy.
• Supervises and delegates to therapy assistants and aides; ensures competence and communication.
• Administers treatments involving physical modalities and devices.
• Plans and carries out individualized therapy programs to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and evaluates learning effectiveness.
• Documents goals and progress and reevaluates plans with patient input.
