Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a full-time clinical team. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply a variety of techniques to restore strength, mobility and function, working 40 hours per week over five days with no weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and at least two years of clinical experience, with strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical strength, mobility, and function.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.
