Job description

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice in Dunbar, PA, either full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens, and work well within a team to deliver high-quality care. Our team is well-respected and collaborates closely to provide tailored treatment plans, utilizing both traditional and innovative therapeutic methods to help patients recover, reduce pain, and prevent disabilities.

Duties include:

  1. Patient consultation: review medical histories, examine patients, and review relevant medical records and imaging.
  2. Consult with referring physicians and healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed.
  3. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
  4. Assist patients with therapy techniques, including exercises, modalities, myofascial release, and activities of daily living.
  5. Educate patients on the benefits of PT, recovery process, challenges, and home exercises.
  6. Accurately document treatments and patient responses in charts.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
  8. Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
  9. Create a positive patient experience through a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Masters or DPT preferred).
  • Valid PT license in PA.

Schedule:

  • Full-time or part-time (Monday-Friday), with potential for a 3-4 day workweek.

Compensation:

  • $45-$55/hr or $94k-$115k annually for full-time positions.
