Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hospice therapy in a home setting in West Palm Beach, FL. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop personalized plans, and work with physicians and families to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications
