Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Land O Lakes, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services for Hospice Patients in a home setting. This PRN role offers flexibility and the opportunity to help older adults maintain independence and quality of life.

You will evaluate and treat residents in home settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and families while documenting in the EMR. Florida PT license is required; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
