Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is hiring part-time Physical Therapists to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

These are long-term cases, with clients staying for years, allowing you to build a stable caseload and meaningful relationships. You control your hours, up to 24 hours per week, and can tailor your schedule around your life.

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license required.
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey.
• Evaluate communication and language function; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
