Job summary

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Physical Therapists to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

Build a stable caseload with long-term clients and flexible hours up to 24 per week, in a clinician-led organization with 32 years of experience. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, evaluate functional communication, and develop individualized plans in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license.
• 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey.
• Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time PTs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.
