Job summary

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time Physical Therapists to deliver in-home and group-home services across New Jersey's DDD program. You’ll build a stable caseload with long-term clients, evaluate adults 21+, and create individualized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll work up to 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to fit your life. An active NJ PT license and strong interpersonal skills are required, with prior home-based or clinical experience

Qualifications

• Active NJ PT license required.
• Minimum 1 year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time PTs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference.
