Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required.
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification per American Heart Association guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates care to PTAs and Rehab Technicians and assists with discharge planning.
