Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for our facility. The PT will assess referred patients for rehabilitation, develop and manage treatment plans, and document patient progress under physician direction.

The role requires licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, and collaboration with other disciplines to provide patient-centered care. Prior LTC/geriatric experience is preferred; confidentiality and regulatory compliance are

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document and record patients’ condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Perform all duties under direction of the Physician and collaborate with disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.
