Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist in Maryland. You will evaluate and treat patients with impairments and disabilities, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and relieve pain.

You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with the care team, and document outcomes while supervising PT assistants as appropriate. A state PT license and a DPT are required, with preferred clinical experience.

Qualifications

• DPT or accredited PT degree required.
• State licensure in practicing state required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training and modalities.
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, treatments and discharge planning accurately.
