Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinical Specialist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and opportunities for professional growth within a leading therapy organization.

Must be licensed in the state of practice with at least one year of SNF experience. Willingness to travel to multiple facilities and contribute to clinical education initiatives is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A solid year of SNF experience and willing to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
