Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and supervise assistants and aides.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
