Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, and leadership while complying with state laws and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited program graduate with active licensure and CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
