The role includes leadership responsibilities, compliance with state laws, and opportunities for ongoing education. The position requires current licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks during shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care: Evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
