The position requires IL licensure, a PT degree, and BLS certification, with a preference for applicants holding an advanced degree in Physical Therapy. This is an on-site role within Illinois healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois (required).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire (required).
• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and participates on department committees.
• Demonstrates NM values and maintains professional demeanor.
• Collaborates with PT/PTA teams to develop and adjust patient treatment plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
• Educates patients and families using appropriate materials.
• Participates in departmental processes and quality-improvement efforts.
