Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence.
• Direct patient care, teaching, and participation on committees.
• Maintains patient plans of care with collaboration across PT/ PTA staff.
• Documents in EMR and completes daily notes reflecting patient response to treatment.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and opportunities for service improvement.
