We are excited to expand and are seeking a dedicated, skilled Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team at ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic, named Best of Westchester!
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in Physical Therapy required.
- New York State Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
- Strong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy techniques.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staff.
- Provide direct patient care through assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of practice-wide policies and procedures.
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.
Skills:
- Expertise in physical therapy modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and team members.
- Ability to mentor and motivate clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Knowledge of the latest evidence-based treatment approaches in physical therapy.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management software.
