ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic is a privately owned, multi-disciplinary healthcare practice specializing in sports and orthopedic care. Our services include physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, sports performance training, and progressive rehabilitation. With seven locations throughout Westchester County, we are proud to offer a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healing and wellness.

We are excited to expand and are seeking a dedicated, skilled Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team at ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic, named Best of Westchester!

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in Physical Therapy required.
  • New York State Physical Therapy License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
  • Strong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staff.
  • Provide direct patient care through assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of practice-wide policies and procedures.
  • Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.

  • Expertise in physical therapy modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.
