ProFlex Physical Therapy in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead the team and manage a caseload of about 10 patients daily. You will partner with regional leadership to shape culture, growth, and clinical quality, while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role offers full-time scheduling with flexible clinics, competitive compensation of $110,000–$115,000 annually plus performance incentives and up to $20,000 in personalized career investment support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Experience practicing as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Interest in taking ownership of both patient care and the overall success of a clinic.

ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our team in Waldorf, MD.

As our Physical Therapist Clinic Director , you’ll lead the Waldorf clinic, support and develop the team, and stay connected to patient care with a manageable caseload. You’ll work closely with regional operations and clinical leadership to deliver a great patient experience, build a strong team culture, and continue improving the performance and growth of the clinic.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $110,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience, plus applicable performance-based incentive opportunities . Eligible clinicians may also have access to up to $20,000 in personalized career investment support , which may be applied toward areas such as student loan repayment, advanced training, certifications, leadership development, relocation, or other professional development opportunities, subject to eligibility and program terms.
• Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs

• The opportunity: This is a true player-coach role where you can lead and develop a team while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload of approximately 10 patients per day. What we're looking for

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting
• Experience practicing as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
• Interest in taking ownership of both patient care and the overall success of a clinic

Preferred

• Previous leadership, Clinic Director, or similar experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience coaching and developing clinical team members
• Interest in continued growth within clinical or operational leadership
