ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Waldorf, MD.

You’ll work with a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team, helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and get back to the activities that matter to them.   • Schedule: Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs.
  • Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Waldorf, MD. This is an onsite clinical position.
  • Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating a diverse patient population, including orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. You'll work alongside the Clinic Director and clinical team, with a manageable average caseload of 10-12 patients per day and access to mentorship and clinical support.
