Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
• Current CT Physical Therapist License.
• 3+ years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Mandatory First Aid, AED & CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and financial operations, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded.
• Coach and develop both clinical and non-clinical teammates.
• Build relationships with community, patients, and referral sources to drive clinic growth via strategic marketing.
