Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Ossining, NY is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead our Ossining clinic. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with strong leadership skills and a passion for community-based care.

You will oversee clinical and financial operations, mentor staff, foster referral partnerships, and drive growth through collaborations with sales and marketing, while delivering evidence-based care and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
• NY Physical Therapist License.
• 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Strong leadership qualities is a must
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals.
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic.
• Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with Metro’s sales and marketing departments
• Develop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
• Provide timely communication with referral sources.
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion
• Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes in a timely manner
• Set and achieve professional goals and career growth

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$140,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
