Ready to join in? We are looking for a full-time Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic located in Oak Brook, IL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Direct, supervise, and coordinate activities of the clinic to ensure consistency across PT sites.
2. Assist in the selection, employment, professional development, and management of clinic staff.
3. Review and interpret operational policies, resolve problems, and recommend changes.
4. Address issues related to facilities, equipment, supplies, and staff utilization.
5. Evaluate patients and gather information to determine diagnoses and treatment plans.
6. Establish clinical goals based on examinations.
7. Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
8. Provide exceptional patient care and service.
9. Maintain positive relations with clients and employees, fostering a respectful work environment.
10. Develop and implement short- and long-term work plans and objectives.
11. Meet or exceed clinic operational performance metrics.
12. Build relationships with patients and the community.
13. Communicate continuously with referring physicians and other referral sources.
14. Maintain patient charts, logs, and checklists for compliance.
15. Market the facility and services to increase patient volume and community awareness.
16. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.
17. Perform duties of co-workers and subordinates as workload demands.
18. Perform additional duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of outpatient orthopedic management experience preferred.
• At least three years of outpatient orthopedic experience required.
