Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a full-time PT Director for its Winchester, VA outpatient clinic. You will lead direct one-on-one physical therapy, evaluate patients, and guide recovery with a hands-on, patient-centered approach.

You will also help grow the clinic’s caseload and support location growth. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Virginia licensure, and outpatient experience; Master’s degree preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

Job Description

A growing outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA is looking for a full-time PT Director. This position is well-suited for a therapist who enjoys focused, one-on-one treatment and wants the time to provide care that feels personal and thorough. You will evaluate patients, create practical treatment plans, and guide each person through recovery with a hands-on, patient-centered approach.

This role also includes helping build the clinic’s caseload and supporting the continued growth of the location.

Quick Details

Location: Winchester, VA
Setting: In-person outpatient clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Patient Volume: About 12 visits per 8-hour day

Responsibilities

• 5% profit share once the clinic becomes profitable
