Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges and achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
