BenchMark Physical Therapy in Troutman, NC, opens a new outpatient clinic and seeks a Clinic Director who will lead the PT team, drive clinical excellence, and create a high-performing culture. You will balance direct patient care with clinic leadership, mentoring staff, and coordinating operations to meet growth goals.

The role emphasizes developing others, collaborating with leadership, and leveraging Upstream programs to advance your leadership and clinical skills in a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Continue leadership and clinical development through Upstream’s programs.
