PediaStaff is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient team at Española Physical Therapy in Española, New Mexico. This 100% outpatient role focuses on orthopedic and general rehabilitation. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will have mentorship and growth opportunities.

Earn $39–$45 per hour depending on experience, with full‑time hours (40 per week). Comprehensive interview support is available for in‑person interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and outpatient rehabilitation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Help plan, develop, and promote therapy programs and services.
• Share clinical knowledge through staff education and in‑services.
