Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the center, leading by example and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Manage clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes, using data from Clinical Analytics, and hold therapists accountable.
- Demonstrate all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and the Perfect PT visit consistently.
- Oversee clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff therapists.
- Ensure efficient clinical workflows for patient capture, referrals, and scheduling.
- Implement therapy plans focusing on early intervention and same-day evaluation.
- Create a professional, collaborative environment promoting teamwork, quality, and patient safety.
- Identify clinical improvement opportunities with DTO.
- Build relationships with employers, referral sources, and payers through routine communication.
- Master clinical systems for documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with State Practice Acts, WC Regulations, and other relevant policies.
- Drive patient and client satisfaction metrics.
- Participate actively in CLT meetings to improve quality, safety, and growth.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers, responding within 24 hours.
- Manage clinical and support staff levels to optimize satisfaction and workflows.
- Promote Orange Book values among colleagues.
- Develop staff success across the talent lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, and recognition.
- Lead within CLT and across disciplines to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
- Understand and contribute to financial drivers like GRV, PI, and TAT to meet business plans.
- Support center initiatives and workflows consistent with other centers.
- Provide input on budget and key business metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure compliant with jurisdiction requirements.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience.
- Core competencies: Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Urgency, Initiative, Flexibility.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive information per HIPAA and laws.
- Excellent clinical knowledge of therapy services.
- Leadership qualities and administrative skills.
- Effective communication and judgment skills.
