• Job Title: Casual/PRN Physical Therapist

• Position type: Casual/PRN
• Hours/Schedule: PRN employees have a flexible on‑call schedule. This is a non‑benefited position with paid travel time and mileage.
• Settings: This position will primarily work in SNF/LTC, but will also provide care in ALF/IFL.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. We offer PT, OT, and SLP services, incorporating a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, long‑term care, assisted living, and independent living facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
