Seeking an on-call physical therapist to work at our 200 University Avenue East (205 Building) St. Paul location to provide physical therapy care to our adult outpatient population. The position is casual/on-call with shifts Monday through Friday in an outpatient setting. The candidate would provide coverage for vacations and when the outpatient setting requires additional staffing due to demand. Provides direct and indirect family-centered therapy services for patients to increase functional abilities, independence, and community integration. Contributes to department, program, and service teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $36.45 to $54.64, with a median wage of $45.54/hour. Pay depends on relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Gillette offers a comprehensive benefits package including a retirement savings match, tuition and certification reimbursement, paid time off, and health and wellness benefits for .5 FTE and above. A $2.75 weekend/evening/night differential is available.
