Job summary

A healthcare provider in Indiana, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled physical therapist to develop and administer therapy programs. The candidate must possess a BS degree in physical therapy, with a master's or DPT preferred. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills for interacting with patients of varying ages and possess the clinical judgment necessary for independent functioning. BLS certification is required and must be obtained within one month of hire.

Job description

• Selecting, administering, and developing all physical therapy programs within the medical center for all patients within the guidelines of the physician’s orders.
• Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other staff.
• Utilizing sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills necessary to function in an independent environment.
• Able to convey directions and interact with patients with multiple age-specific needs.
