Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Schedule: 40 Hours Weekdays

Compensation: starting at $80,000

New graduate physical therapists (PT) are WELCOME to apply. Outlined and defined mentorship is available. We treat a diverse outpatient population of teens through geriatrics, offering general ortho, sports, and industrial rehabilitative services. Clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments.

Schedule: 40-hour work week with two nights until 7:30 PM. Last patient scheduled an hour prior.

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
