Physical Therapist – PRN – Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation – Richmond, TX

Consistent Weekday Hours

Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation in Richmond, TX, is a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. We provide a stable, fun in-house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clientele. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for consistent weekday hours in our rehab program.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical disorders and/or wounds, developing care plans that meet standards.
2. Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments according to clinical guidelines.
3. Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care.
4. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical health issues.
5. Prepare discharge summaries compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license required.
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
