Wage: Evaluations $128.00 - $175.00/hour; Other services $66.00 - $120.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric therapy and evaluations to children aged birth–21 years in natural settings
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies
• Work in diverse settings such as homes, daycares, preschools, clinics, and community centers
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and other regulations

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and families
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1-2 years of experience with children birth–5 preferred but not required
• Self-motivated, team player, patient, professional
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Travel to cases using personal vehicle, public transportation, walking
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs
• Lift up to 10 pounds
• Sit on the floor, kneel, crawl for extended periods

Starting Rate: Evaluations $128.00 - $175.00/hour; Other services $66.00 - $120.00/hour. Compensation based on experience and discussed during interview.
