Summary

We are hiring for a Senior Living Physical Therapist. $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions!

As a Physical Therapist, you can expect:

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, needs, and establish individualized treatment plans with goals for team care.
  • Set initial short-term and long-term goals.
  • Utilize and maintain equipment safely, including logs for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning; report faulty equipment.
  • Follow medical regimens and adhere to precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care).
  • Perform safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin baths, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
  • Complete discharge summaries on final patient visits.
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to reliable transportation or public transit.
