Summary

We are hiring a Senior Living Physical Therapist. $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time position!

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and set goals in collaboration with the team.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals.
  • Utilize equipment safely, maintain inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and report any broken or faulty equipment.
  • Maintain logs for outpatient clinic equipment.
  • Follow medical regimens and adhere to precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care).
  • Use safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin baths, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
  • Complete discharge summaries for each patient at the final visit.
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
