Job description

Practice Somewhere You Want to Build a Life

There are physical therapy jobs, and then there are physical therapy careers in places people actually want to live. Boulder needs no sell — the Flatirons, Pearl Street, Chautauqua Park, world‑class road cycling, 300 days of sunshine, Rocky Mountain National Park 45 minutes away. You already know what it means. And with clinics in Westminster, Golden, and Superior, North Boulder PT gives you Boulder County lifestyle access from wherever makes sense for you. Live where you want. Work where you've always wanted to be.

What you'll find inside the practice matches what's outside it. Four clinic locations across one of Colorado's premier counties means a visible path for ambitious clinicians — clinical leadership and site management opportunities within a well-established private practice, without leaving the region you chose. And North Boulder PT's commitment to evidence‑based care comes with something rare in this market: unlimited continuing education, no budget cap, no approval process. Larger health systems have capped it. We've made it limitless.

About North Boulder Physical Therapy

North Boulder PT is a physical therapist‑owned outpatient practice. That means clinicians have a real voice in patient care and the clinic culture. We invest in our therapists because confident, supported clinicians produce the best outcomes.

You’ll join a team where mentorship is part of the job, collaboration is real, and professional growth is encouraged. Our clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes, and we prioritize creating a work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.

The Physical Therapy Career You Want

You’ll spend most of your time directly with patients, designing and delivering hands‑on care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans

  • Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

  • Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state‑of‑the‑art AI technology

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who is passionate about helping patients move better and grow professionally. Ideal candidates have:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience is a plus, not a requirement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivation to grow into leadership opportunities

  • Current CPR certification

Compensation Package

  • Immediate Productivity Bonus

  • Unlimited continuing education funds plus a $500 travel stipend, starting at 90 days

  • Up to $12,500 Fellowship reimbursement

  • 17 days of PTO in year one, growing with tenure

  • $10,000 in tax‑free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

  • Medical insurance with the employer covering roughly 75% of your premium, plus an HSA option with employer contributions

  • 401(k) with an employer match that is immediately vested

  • Dental and vision coverage available

  • Short‑term disability and life insurance options

  • License reimbursement and tuition reimbursement

  • Referral bonus program

  • Relocation assistance available
